RULES AND REGULATIONS
While enjoying your stay with us, please be aware of the rules of the campground!
Payment Policy:
100% deposit must accompany reservation
3 night minimum stay required on holidays
Reservations are non-transferable
Refunds require a 30-day cancellation
notice
(4% of total charge withheld from refund)
No
refunds due to early departure
and/or
Cancellations that are less than 30 days of arrival date.
Campground Rules:
CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
CAMPFIRES are permitted in firerings ONLY
Firerings are NOT to be moved for any reason
Fires must be kept small and manageable at all times
DO NOT cut any trees or peel bark (alive or dead)
You will be fined for any tree damage
(State of Maine Forestry & Black Brook Cove Campground)
Quite Hours are 10 PM - 8 AM
No Loud Music at any time.
Dogs are allowed, provided the following:
They are kept with you, leashed, quite, and cleaned up after at all times
They are NOT allowed in Bathhouse or Woodshed
NO PARKING around the Bathhouse or Woodshed
There is ample parking available around the General Store
ATVs are not permitted to operate in the Campground nor on Lincoln Pond Road
Please ask for areas of recreation
Recycling is MANDATORY

Fireworks are PROHIBITED from the campground.
